📥 Where do I get these reports? Seller Central export steps

1. Orders: "Detail Page Sales and Traffic by Child Item"

  1. Seller Central › Reports › Business Reports
  2. Left menu (By ASIN) › Detail Page Sales and Traffic by Child Item
  3. Set From / To dates › Download (.csv)
Maps to: SKU → (Child) ASIN/SKU, Units → Units Ordered, Gross sales → Ordered Product Sales

2. Settlement: "Flat File V2"

  1. Seller Central › Payments › All Statements
  2. Pick the Settlement Period › Download Flat File V2 (click Request Report first if needed)
  3. Only the last 90 days are available, so export regularly to build history

3. Advertising: "Advertised product" (optional)

  1. Seller Central › Reports › Advertising Reports
  2. Create Report › Sponsored Products › Advertised product
  3. Set date range › Run report › Download (.csv)

4. COGS: your own file (optional)

  1. Amazon has no cost report. Make a tiny CSV with two columns: sku, cost-per-unit

Menu wording can vary slightly by marketplace/account. Column names are read from your file, so mapping still works even if they differ.

Reports › Business Reports › Detail Page Sales and Traffic by Child Item › Download (.csv). We read SKU, units and gross sales.

👥 Client workspaces (bookkeepers): separate account names and mappings per client
Each workspace keeps its own journal account names and custom line-type mappings, saved in this browser only. Switching clears computed results, so one client's export can never use another client's mapping. Export filenames carry the workspace name.
⚙️ Journal account names (QuickBooks / Xero): click to rename
These names are used in the journal export and saved in your browser only. Ask your bookkeeper which chart-of-accounts names to use; leave a field empty to reset it to the default.
🔑 License key (founding / Pro)
The key is verified and stored in this browser only. It is never sent anywhere. Everything stays free during validation; the key records your founding/Pro status. Questions: hello@skusum.com.
